Özet

Non-profile assets are assets of financial institutions or other organizations that are not connected with its fundamental activities. Such assets may be formed in business sphere after an organization changes its strategy - if it decides to close one course of business and choose the other. In the 90s of last century, in post-Soviet area, organizations became owners of non-profile assets after large-scale privatization, when nursery schools, polyclinics, schools, and so on, as well as enterprises turned to be their property. At present day bank structures appeared to be owners of non-profile assets, as source of extra profit.
